What are we doing? I have been hearing about a program for years and due to life never looked into until this week. Things we are trying out this summer! Classical Conversations FREE style! Yep, you heard me! I have made my own summer plan of the program. After spending two days researching I have found some amazing websites, blogs, Pinterest groups, and Youtube channels. I'll reference them later! These references offer suggestions on the Classical Approach and free lesson plans. I'm using some unpaid lesson plans this summer to create our own plan. Classical Conversation is a paid program not to be confused with future post on this personal blog. One child was interested in Cycle 1 while the other was interested in Cycle 3. So we are doing both this summer.
This year as previous years; we will be doing school in our normal style. AKA all over the place. We do a combo of styles of learning. From Classical, unschooling, public school textbooks, child lead, and we use multi curriculum choices. We follow the path of a Christian Based lifestyle. In our home, we have two children with polar learning styles. Through it all ones strength helps the other throughout the days. See future posts about specifics.
